- Boating – Boating in the Periyar lake is one of the most popular things in Thekkady. The two hours boat service provided five timings by KTTDC and the forest department.. Timings 7:30am, 9:30am, 11:15am, 1:45pm, 3:30pm per head boat ticket Rs:310 including entrance.
